Foundation Investment Programs


Why is it important to invest in Daviess County Public Schools?


Our children will only be competitive in the global economy if we provide them with the HIGHEST QUALITY education possible.


Our goal as a foundation is to reward innovative teaching in our classrooms and schools. Innovative teachers need resources and training; we want to provide those resources for our faculty and staff so they may provide the most up-to-date education for our children.

Our Foundation is a 501(c)3 corporation so your investment in our children is tax deductible!


So that you are fully informed about what your investment is spent for, please note:



We have three programs designed for individual investors: our Founders Society, our Self-Designated Investment Program and our Wish List. Business and Corporate partners may prefer to advertise through our Alumni Weekend Sponsorship.


Our Founders Society enhances current DCPS educational programs; your donation rewards innovation in the classroom. Founder's Society members invest $1000 (or $550/year for 2 years). Investors may choose to support the foundation at levels lower than the Founder's Society by declaring their level of support and stipulating whether they would like for their donation to be used for Health, Literacy, Technology or our general education fund. Our third category of individual investment is our Wish List Program. DCPS personnel submit a project to the Foundation Wish List. Investors can fund all or a portion of any program on the Wish List. Click to find out more about our Wish List Program.


Businesses wanting to advertise with the Foundation will want to explore our event sponsorship opportunities. The Foundation will enthusiastically promote your business through multiple venues during our Focus Awards in the spring and our Alumni & Friends Festival in the fall.
